Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
• Boneless Chicken: 1 cup (Cubes)
• Salt: ½ Teaspoon
• Black Pepper: ½ Teaspoon
• Soya Sauce: 1 Teaspoon
For Batter
• Egg: 1
• Corn flour: 2 Tablespoon
• Flour: 2 Tablespoon
• Salt: ½ Teaspoon
• Baking Powder: ½ Teaspoon
• Soya Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
For Curry
• Onion: 1 (Cut in Squares)
• Green Chilies: 2-3
• Oil: 2 Tablespoons
• Chicken Stock: 1 Cup
• Tomato Ketchup: ½ Cup
• Soya Sauce: 2 Teaspoons
• Chili Sauce: 2 Teaspoons
• White Vinegar: 2 Teaspoons
• Sugar 3 Tablespoons
• Corn flour: 1Tablespoon
Method
• Combine all the ingredients for chicken marination and leave for 30 minutes.
• Now in a bowl combine all the ingredients for batter.
• Dip marinated chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry on low flame.
• In a sauce pan add oil and sauté onions. Add green chilies and sauté it too.
• Put in chicken stock, ketchup and all the spices for curry into the pan and make the mixture boiled.
• While serving slowly add corn flour (dissolved in water) into the curry. This will thicken the curry. You can add more corn flour to achieve your desired consistency.
• Place fried chicken into the serving dish and pour the curry over it.
• Sizzling chicken chili is ready to eat. Serve it with fried rice.
