• Milk: 1¼ Cups
• Flour: 1 Cup
• Eggs; 2 (Separated)
• A pinch of salth and black pepper or 2 table spoons of icing sugar
• A pinch of salth and black pepper or 2 table spoons of icing sugar
Method
• Mix milk, flour, egg yolks with a beater until smooth. Then allow it to stand for atleast 30 minutes.
• Add salt and pepper if you want to make salty pancakes or add sugar for sweet pancakes.
• Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
• Gently fold egg whites into the batter.
• Heat a frying pan with 3-4 drops of oil.
• Stir the batter gently, and then pour one serving spoon on the pan. Roll the pan to spread it evenly.
• Cook until just brown underneath, then turn and brown the other side. Stack the pancakes and keep warm.
• Serve with honey or chocolate syrup or salth garlic mayo sauce.
