Walnut Pie

Ingredients

For Dough
• Flour: 2 cups
• Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
• Oil: ¼ Cup
• Milk: ¼ Cup
• Sugar: 2 Tablespoons
• Salt: A Pinch
• Egg: 1 Slightly beaten ( Save some for glazing)

For Filling
• Cream: 1 Packet
• Sugar: 2 Tablespoons
• Honey: 2 Tablespoons
• Cocoa Powder: Tablespoon (Optional)
• Walnut: 1 Cup

Method
• Combine all the ingredients of dough and mix well. Add some water if necessary. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
• Preheat Oven at 200 Celsius.
• Now in a saucepan mix all ingredients for filling. When the mixture thickens, remove it from flame.
• Cover the pie dish by rolling out some dough.
• Put the filling inside the pastry and cover the top by the remaining dough. Carefully attach the sides of the pastry with the top. You can press the sides using a fork as well.
• You can also make some designs with the dough over the top.
• Make some wholes thorough the pie for steam escape with the help of a fork.
• Bake it until it turns golden brown or about 30-40 minutes.
• Serve at room temperature.
