Ingredients
• Potato: 2 Big Sized
• Flour: 3 Tablespoons
• Corn Flour: 1 Tablespoon
• Salt: To Taste
• Black Pepper: To Taste
• Soya Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
• Chili Sauce: 1/2 Teaspoon
• Oregano: A Pinch
• Water: For Mixing
• Oil: For Frying
Method
• Peel off potatoes and grate them.
• Put grated potatoes in a bowl and add all the ingredients.
• Add some water and mix well. The mixture should be very hard and not like a batter.
• Deep fry the mixture in the form of tablespoon size serving on a medium heat.
• Dish out when turn golden brown.
• Server with ketchup.
