Doughnuts

Ingredients
· Flour: 3 +  ¾ Cup
· Yeast: 4 Teaspoons
· Butter: 60 Grams
· Icing Sugar: ¼ Cup
· Eggs: 2
· Milk: 1 + ¼ Cup
Method
· Mix all dry ingredients well. Add butter and hand beaten eggs, knead well with milk. Make dough and set it aside until it swells for about 45 minutes.
· Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into the shape of doughnuts. They should be about half inch think. Now again leave the shaped dough for another 30 minutes.
· Afterwards deep fry them over low to moderate flame.


For Chocolate Toping
· Take 2 Dairy milk or Velvet or any other milk chocolates. Melt them over a water bath.
· Add two spoons of Cocoa powder in it and mix well.
· Add some drops of water until u get your desired consistency.
· Now take the fried doughnuts and roll them over the chocolate base. Sprinkle Hundred and Thousands if you want. Enjoy!!
