Method
· Knead flour and suji by adding water.
· Make tight dough.
· Spread the dough with rolling pin. Maintain least possible thickness. Cut this into the size of gol gappa with the help of cutter or any suitable lid.
· Fry these on high flame, until swell up and turn golden brown.
· For water : Mix all ingredients according to you taste into water and let them boil for
sometime.
· Fill gol gappas with chanas and potatoes and serve.
